Refund policy

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

We’re happy to assist you with exchanges, and we kindly ask that the reason for requesting an exchange be genuine. Size-related exchanges are welcome and will be handled with care, depending on product availability.

However, if a customer has ordered a particular size and wishes to replace it for any reason other than a defect or an incorrect item, the customer will be responsible for both the return and the replacement shipping costs. We encourage customers to refer to our size guide or reach out for assistance before placing their order to ensure the best fit.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the receipt of any items sent without tracking.
