Shipping Policy: Monkey Funky

Thank you for choosing Monkey Funky. We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

1. Prepaid Orders

  • Shipping Timeline: We prioritize prepaid orders and ship them within 48 hours.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Express Shipping: We offer an optional Express Shipping service for a nominal fee of INR 99/- (Non-refundable).

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 working business days.

  • Refund Deduction: In case of a product return, a logistics/shipping charge of INR 100 will be deducted from your total refund amount.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Shipping Timeline: COD orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 working days.

  • Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via Email and WhatsApp.

  • Shipping Charges: A non-refundable shipping fee of INR 150 applies to all COD orders, calculated at checkout.

  • Refund Deduction: If you return a COD product, a logistics charge of INR 100 will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the non-refundable shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.

3. Pre-Order Products

For items available on a pre-order basis, the tentative shipping timeline is clearly mentioned under the "ABOUT THE PRODUCT" tab on each respective product page. Please refer to this section before placing your order.

4. International Shipping

For all international orders, shipping charges are applied at actuals. Please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be borne at the time of delivery.
