Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy: Monkey Funky

Returns

  • Window: All return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Tags & Seals: Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal has been removed or tampered with.

  • Pickup: Reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our designated return address. Note: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

  • Charges: A 100 INR logistics charge will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns. Shipping charges (COD/Express) are non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: Made-to-order products and international shipments are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Packaging: Packaging materials (boxes, gift wraps, etc.) are provided for delivery and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Quality Issues: Any discrepancies regarding quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Request: Raise a request at [Insert Your Return Portal Link or Email: support@monkeyfunky.in] with a clear photo or video showing the brand tag and plastic seal.

  2. Pickup: Once approved, your order will be picked up within 4–5 working days.

  3. Inspection: The refund process begins only after the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection.

  4. Timeline: Refunds typically reflect in your original form of payment within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by visiting "My Account" or contacting our support team.

  • After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. You may choose to return the item once it is delivered, subject to our return policy.

  • Refusal at Delivery: Refusing to accept an order at the time of delivery will be treated as a return, and the refund will be processed minus applicable logistics charges.

  • Pre-orders: Cancellations are allowed only within the first 24 hours of placing the order.

Exchanges

  • Window: All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Policy: Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Value Difference: If you exchange a product for a lower-value item, the remaining balance will not be refunded in cash. We recommend opting for a Store Credit/Gift Card as your refund mode to utilize the remaining balance for future purchases.

  • Refusals: Exchange refusals after the exchange product has been shipped will incur a deduction of INR 200/- from the refund.

General Notes

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a bank account. They remain valid for a lifetime.

  • Monkey Funky will not be held liable for any damage caused to the product by the customer post-delivery.
